Our journey has followed some traditional steps, faced its fair share of hurdles, and like others, taken many unexpected turns. But with each turn came valuable experience that has helped shape who we are and how we move forward. At the center of it all, we are a faith-driven group committed to excellence in multifamily real estate. Guided by values of integrity, compassion, and tenant care, we work to deliver investments that provide strong returns for our partners and create positive, lasting impact in the communities we serve.

 

Today’s Focus. Holding the right balance between providing quality, dignified housing for tenants and delivering strong, reliable returns for investors. We believe both can—and should—go hand in hand. 

In 2023 my family enjoyed a "Boodle Feast", hosted by my in-laws. It’s a traditional Filipino communal meal where a variety of dishes—grilled meats, seafood, rice, and vegetables—are laid out on banana leaves and shared together, eaten by hand without utensils.

 

 

1990. At my second office, I had the opportunity to learn a great deal from other more experienced agents as well Richard Dowling, the broker. Using a Pager was high-tech.

She has artful communication skills, coupled with a tremendous ability to find solutions in difficult, complex transactions, to ultimately to get deals closed.

Jonathan entered the multifamily sector while searching for a home to convert into a woman's shelter to help expand the Christian ministry he served. In a turn of divine providence, a home for the shelter was donated by real estate investor Larry Kite - marking the beginning of Jonathan's journey into real estate with a purpose.
